Virus Problems?

My father, has had this problem for a few days now, and i am unable to figure it out. i believe he has a couple virus's that has done something with the dll files. but everytime he restarts his computer, outlook express automaticly comes up. we have gone in and changed the setting so it doesn't do this but it still persists. but he also gets this message about missing dll file. i have done a virus check and comes up clean, but in his quarintine files i have seen someting about the "sobig" "swen" and some other one i can't remember. would this have something to do with our problem? any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

You can download the fixes if these viruses are on your computer from Nortons web site liated below, If the problem still persists try reinstalling Windows.
