When i tryed booting up my computer i got this message:

0x00000000ed (0x81783030, 0xc0000032, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) unmoutable_boot_volume

if this is the first time u have seen this message restart now, if u have seen this message please check that all hardware and software devices have been installed correctly, for support contact microsoft at whateverihatemicrosoft.com if this problem persists contact your hardware/software vendor.

it was something like that but when i go into bios and disable shadowing or caching it still does that, even though it says if i diable caching in bios (along with shadowing) the problem wont happen agian.. so my question is , how do i make windows boot up so this wont happen? and i cant start in safe mode or dos, when i try booting regularly i see the windows logo then it just does that message again..

your input would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Try System Restore Turn the computer on, when the blue screen appears press F10 wait til system recovery appears and follow directions.
