System not booting up correctly?

When i tryed booting up my computer i got this message:

0x00000000ed (0x81783030, 0xc0000032, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) unmoutable_boot_volume

if this is the first time u have seen this message restart now, if u have seen this message please check that all hardware and software devices have been installed correctly, for support contact microsoft at if this problem persists contact your hardware/software vendor.

it was something like that but when i go into bios and disable shadowing or caching it still does that, even though it says if i diable caching in bios (along with shadowing) the problem wont happen agian.. so my question is , how do i make windows boot up so this wont happen? and i cant start in safe mode or dos, when i try booting regularly i see the windows logo then it just does that message again..

your input would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
