What is task manager?

When I try using my Internet Cleanup ,I will at times get a dialog box that states that I have 1 or more browsers open and thus not allowing me to complete the cleanup task. How do I locate these browsers and then close them? Thank you Sherry

If you press the ctrl alt del buttons simutaneously it will open a new window that will list all the programs you have running
