What Is Fix-It

Hello,

Many (if not all) of my applications hangup when I attempt to open their associated files (MPG, BMP, GIF, JPG, DOC, etc.) This happened in the matter of an hour or two (yesterday), and no software was installed during this time period. I don't recall being online during this time period either. I performed a virus scan (with the latestest updates), and it came up negative. NOTE: Windows XP home SP1 (plus critical updates), and all other applictions were installed on this (new) hard drive only a week or two ago. At that tiime I did discover the "Welchia" virus, but used the Symantec fix to get rid of the virus.

Any problem i've ever had Fit-It Utilities has been the best Mcaffe and norton could not find what fix-it has found If you click jpegs or image files or any file and it hangs than it could be corrupted and it can overload you computers resources to the point it crashes http://www.v-com.com/download/index.html After you download and update it than go to settings and go to Virus Scanner and click custom scan make sure that Its checked where it says Prompt when a virus is found and click All Files as well Under Registry Fixer Make sure both options are checked after that shut down than open Fix-It for futher download updates than do a all in one scan and you will further know whats the problem and how to fix it thats why its called Fix-It

Enjoy your back to normal pc but you should also use Ad-Aware Pro worth it those are the only 2 things you'll need for for pc.
