I HAVE A VIRUS AND I THINK IT MIGHT HAVE DAMAGE MY HARD DRIVE AS I CANNOT LOG IN TO WINDOWS SOMETIMES. EVERYTIME I RESTART, IT UNABLE TO GO INTO WINDOWS AS I ALMOST READ (ON THE BLUE BACKGROUND) THAT IT HAVE AN MALICIOUS HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE ERROR OR UNABLE TO FIND DRIVER'S (IT WENT OFF TOO QUICK). THE MAIN VIRUS WHICH I CAN'T REMOVE IS-TROJAN HORSE-FAKESVC.C AND IT IS ON C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\SVCPACK.EXE WHAT CAN I DO? I'M RUNNING WITH AVG PROGRAM. I MANAGE TO TYPE THIS REPORT TO YOU NOW BEFORE I RESTART OR SHUTDOWN. WHAT YOUR BEST BET? COULD I RE-INSTALL XP WITHOUT INTERRUPT WHAT I'VE INSTALLED RECENTLY AS I ONLY STARTED USING XP NEARLY 2 WEEKS AGO. YOUR HELP WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.

The best things to do is to reformat your entire computer and download the software from scratch That will help you solve that problem.
