When I try to defrag my laptop's hard drive it will start the process, but stay at 0%. I have left my computer on for at least 10 hours while trying to defrag, but when I come back to check on its progress it is still at 0%. Please help.

The only thing I can suggest is that you try to use a third party defragmenter like Norton Antivirus This program works great and I have never had any problems defraging with it.
