How do I correct the "internal application error that has occurred? The CD's will not play. The above error message always comes up. How can I correct that so the CD's play?

Consider that the hardware & software is using might have a problems For the hard Drive, run ScanDisk & Defrag and check for free disk space Delete filies in the \Windows\Temp folder For a device other than the hard drive, try using another application to access the device.
