Last week I asked this question, but I have not had a response yet. I am getting an Internet Explorer error. The error can occure at just about anytime. It always shuts down whatever we are running. It occures even when we are just running Word. When I hit the detail button it reads "_____ (Whatever we are running...Word ; Internet Explorer ; etc)caused an exception 03H in module NVIEW.DLL aat 017f:1000909c. It goes on and mentions registars.... and Bytes at CS:EIP... Stack Dump>>>

We can sometimes continue to run the program by just pulling the error message down, but sometimes we have to hit the OK button, which blows us out of the program.

Is this something you can answer or what is your suggestion?

Thank you,

Pat Schwab
