How to fix choppiness.

when ever i download a movie trailer or music video,then i try and watch it the video blinks continuously... thanks roger

Roger when you are downloading video make sure you select the proper speed of your internet connection If you pick cable/dsl and you are using a 56k connection the video will come out choppy Also make sure you have the latest updates of the viewer you are using.
