Not connected t modem?

When i try to connect to the internet it says it cannot connect to the modem because it may be in use. This just happened out of nowhere and i can't figure out what to do.

Try to removing & restalling the network component.Begin with the TCP/IP Or maybe try to move the internal modem to the different expansion slot .
