You are receiving a message informing you that it "Can't find ordinal 1865 in the IML32.dll", so that gives me reason enough to believe that it is very possible that the dll file iml32 is damaged or corrupted You will need to download the dll file from the website www.dll-files.com Connect to the internet and input the following website into your address bar Once the page has loaded, locate and click on the link labeled 'Download dll files' located on the left side of the page Clicking on this will refresh the page to bring up a number of different dll files Scroll down to the dll file that you are searching for and begin downloading it P.S I conducted a search for your particular dll file and was unable to find an exact match Make sure you retrieve the correct dll file from the error message you are receiving Good Luck!!
