How do I get my printer to work with printshop 12?

New Lexmark X125 Four-in-One works in all programs (Windows, Star Office, WordPerfect, CompuServe), but will not print out of PrintShop 12. I get a "Windows could not write to the printer spool file" message, accompanied by an error message (error occurred while printing) and a warning that I've run out of disk space (I haven't, I've got plenty). I can't get any help from Broderbund because PS12 is too old and they no longer give e-mail or phone support, and nothing on their website tells me anything. I tried to send you a detailed e-mail (and will try again) so I'm hoping you can help me. Thank you, Sandra Perrin

Your answer is in the message that you've sent Your printer can't recognize the program because it is too old You should update your printing software Also you should update your operating system to windows xp This will help you with new hardware and software that is of use today.
