What you have download a filesharing that is the problem.

I am having problems using my computer after the boot up has completed. It just freezes up after and then I try and restart but it gives me problems with that too. I downloaded a file from a filesharing server and that is when the problems started. How can I fix this?

What you download the filesharing that is causing the problem you should delete that file from your computer that will fix that problem The file what you had load might have some information missing that causing your computer to lock up.
