High CPU Usage?

My CPU Usage is 100% 24/7. It is making my Computer really Slow!. Is there any way I could fix it.

If your Cpu is at 100% constantly, the try not to run to many programs at once Also this happens when allot of pop up's are popping up on your computer when any program isn't responding
