Did ytou try this

when ever i download a trailer or music video from the internet My video looks bad. It has random flashes of pink or green also when ever i try and go to other programs on my computer it takes a long time too come up...

Reaset the video card Move it toa different slot .Clean the card's edge connectors using a contact cleaner or a white eraser.

remove the card and check thst each socketed chip on the card is seated securely.
