Recieved e-mail that sounded like hoax. Stated there was a virus called jdbg.exe not detected by Norton or McAfee. Asks you to go to search type in jdbgm. States virus has teddy bear icon. Says do not open, go to edit, choose select all, go to file and delete it. Have you heard of anything like this?

Any e-mails you get from someone you don't know i would suggest that you don't open it. The damage done to your system can give you a real headache.

THE ANSWER GIVEN ABOVE WAS NOT SATISFACTORY. THE E-MAIL I RECIEVED WAS FROM SOMEONE I KNEW. I DON'T OPEN E-MAILS FROM PEOPLE I DON'T KNOW. SO, FOR THE SECOND TIME HAVE ANY OF YOU HEARD OF A VIRUS LABLED jdbg.exe OR IS IT JUST A HOAX?

My fellow gibbs classmate the virus you think is a virus isn't because the new virus going around is deleting everything from the hard drive itself the e-mail isn't hard to recognize because the subject will be do you have guts to say jesus
