My laptop crashed and would not restart at all, so I reinstalled Windows ME through DOS from my C drive (main). All of my Office 2000 applications would not run. When I went to reinstall from CD, error message read "Invalid Patch, Contact Software Vendor". How can I make the CD load as if doing a new install for MS Office 2000?

To run applications for two different operating systems on your computer you need to partition your hard drive to accept two operating systems, you cannot have Windows ME OS and then try to load Office 2000 applications on it this will not work.
