Hello,

I am still pretty much a novice. I don't know proper "computer lingo" I am teaching my husband to use the computer. Mostly he usues the wheel in the center of the mouse to scroll down pages. I usually use the mouse and click in the grey area on the right side of the page. All of a sudden, when I click on the grey area to scroll down, it scrolls down twice. It goes past the place it should stop. I haven't a clue what I may have done to cause this which means I have no idea how to fix it.

Any suggestions you can give to this old grandma person will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Jean

Normally clicking in the gray area of the right side of the page to scroll down or up will not put the page in no exact position, you should try using the up and down arrows at the top and bottom of the scroll bar which is located to the right side of the page, this should be a much more control way to move the page up or down If you are still having unnessary problems with the mouse, then try replacing the mouse.
