I recently received a Virus Alert from my Mjenix (now V-Com) Fix-it Uility. I got the latest virus pattern update from the website and did a scan. It is located in the Programs/Windows Media Player file. It comes up with the name "troj_tooncom.1" but will not be cleaned out. I tried to get the Webroot Spysweeper to take care it. Got 16 other spyware or trojans but still have this virus. A Google search turns up nothing on it. Any other suggestions?

Thanks

WG

You problem can be that the comany that send you this software has hidden this trojan horse/virus in your computer itself without out you being aware.
