What are buttons?

When I press the start function (when I click on the right mouse button) No menu appears i.e shut down,log off,run, help,setting document ect. Pressing the start with the left mouse button open, explore and find appears. How do I restore the menu as it applys to a right click on mouse ?

What you need to do is go to the control panel click on printers and hardware, then mouse when the property open its should be on the button tab if you see that the box tha says swtich primary and secodary button check that box off and it shouldn't be a problem anymore
