Did you try this

Ok, My computer either stops responding or my mouse and keyboard lock up either both at sametime or either one at a time. Sometimes i can go in the back and unplug and replug and it will work other times when i play internet games it locks up. Also my computer seems to lock up when loading images or doing a certain function.

Reinstall the hardware device drivers

disable other device s that my be in conflict

check the CMOS setup for for disable ports ,expansion slots ,or IRQ values

check the voltage output from the power supply with a multimeter

reseat expansion cards

check jumpers and DIP switches and any CMOS setting for the device
