How to remove diallers from your computer?

I have a friend that went to download something and now everytime she goes to open her homepage this porn type site pops up she has tried to go in and delete it and it is still coming up everytime she signs onto her provider, will she have to uninstall and reinstall to get this from popping up??

I would go to the search menu, and then search for dialers, diallers, and portals, these can be removed from the source which is usually in the temp folder on your hard drive delete all the files in your temp folder then do the search--Robert Outlaw
