How to disable the help assistant.

Window XP help screens pop up. Help and Support Center as well as Microsoft Internal Explorer, Word and Publisher help screens pop up.

I can hide Office Assistant, but I don't want help untill I ask for it!

Any way to disable help?

In word right click the office assistant go to options

under the options tab uncheck use the office assitant.
