What is backup?

Hi

Simple question: if I reinstall 98SE over my current system, will I loss any programs/data?

Is there a way to do it to overwrite the OS files without losing anything, thereby having

a fresh install?

Daniel if you decide to reinstall win98se in your computer make sure that you back up everything because unlike xp there is no way 98se is able to reinstall without doing i fresh
