Can I save pictures with a different file extension that support my printer.

Is it possible to change .tif extensions to .jpg --- I recently purchased a cannon i350 printer and it will only access from my collection that have a .jpg ectension.

Yes it is possible to change the extension When saving your picture you should have different choices of extension for how you wish to save your picture, select one that is supported by the printer Example of choices are jpg, tiff, gif or png.
