Did you try this?

WHENEVER I LOG ONTO MY COMPUTER I GET THE MESSAGE THE (C: DOCUMENTS ARE DENIED ACCESS) I CAN'T EVEN CREATE SHORTCUTS. I ALSO GET THE MESSAGE THAT MY PCONFIG IS DENIED.
