The reason why your pc may be crashing when you try to load new software is because you do not have the system resources to handle any new programs What I mean by system resources is, memory (RAM) and hard drive space To check if you meet the requirements of certain software click my computer and go to the C drive Usually a pie chart will come up of how much free space you have on your hard drive Next you can go in the control panel and click system From the general tab it tells you how much RAM you have.
