I have been geting the error msg "msgsrv32 has caused and error in KRNL386.EXE", and the same error message but having DIRECTCD, EXPLORER, and OAGENT that are causing the same error. I have Nortons System Works with "Go-Back" and I have reverted my system about 4 times going further back each time (up to 29 hours). I can not get my system past these error messages.

I would appreciate any help you can give me.

Thanks

Richard Foley
