What is font?

I just installed Publisher 2002, Academic Edition on my computer. When making documents, they look fine when viewing in the computer. When printing, the numbers and photos look fine, but the letters and words look like this: 000 0000 000 0000. Help....?

Try seeing if your font is the default arial setting if its not then there is a bug in that software
