Remember, I am a NEWBIE so my terminalogy might not be correct so please excuse me.
In the FOLDERS section of my OUTLOOK EXPRESS they told me how to CREATE new
folders and name them whatever I want to. I did this just fine but twice now SOMEHOW
I have lost two (2) whole folders. I went in to empty my DELETE folder and at the same time
as that was taking place -- another folder just disappeared. Where did they go? Can I get them back? If you can help, please (haha = ) BABY WALK AND BABY TALK me through
it. I would GREATLY appreciate any help you could offer. THANK YOU

I see you're new at this so i'm going to give you the easiest way to find anything on your computer I don't think it disappeared you just don't know where the program put it i guess Since you created the folder you have an idea of what the name is So i'd say go to the start menu and go to search, then search for files and folders Put in the name of the folders you lost and you could also put in outlook just to see if the folder comes up as one of the outlook folder I hope i was of some assistance to you--Robert Outlaw
