When I start up my computer nothing happens besides a slow beeping noise that does not change and keeps on beeping with pauses between each beep. The Power suppliy is working properly and the graphics chips are running and with a good moniter. I cannot get into the Bios and the Keyboard is in working also. What can I do to fix this, and will I need to get new hardware. ( Motherboard, Processor?)

Each BIOS manufacture has its own beep codes For specific beep codes for your BIOS, first look in the system board documentation or on top of the BIOS chip for the brand and version number of the BIOS If the beep codes cannot be identify after searching the Web site of the system board manufacturer, try a diagnostic care, which can read POST codes that BIOS places on the ISA bus.
