What is page setup?

Why do some web pages print completely and others not. I'm refering to the right hand side of the page not printing? I've tried readjusting my printer settings but that doesn't work.

Instead of changing your printer settings try changing your page setup to print in a different format That should be able to print the necessary document that you are trying to.
