What is a video card?

I bought the simpsons game hit and run. When I hit new game it goes to the loading screen and then when it is done loading and in the game all I can see is an arrow and cars, everything else is black.

Iy seems that your video card is incompatible with the game so search for a compatible one and you will be able to play
