I'm not sure I answered the questions properly, I just don't know the answers. I believe my IBM Net Vista needs a new hard drive, it's doing the same thing that promted IBM to send me a new hard drive two times while under warranty. If I buy and install a new hard drive can I use the recovery discs supplied with the computer or will I need to do something else to get the XP or any other operating sysyem? Do you sell hard drives? Is your facility on Thunderbird open yet? THX!! in advance, Dave

Dave the recovery disk only works if the operating system is already installed in the drive so do a fresh install and your computer should be running smoothly
