What is your video card?

I have several PC games which work fine. However I have one game that refuses to work. I have contacted the support people for the game and they can't help. The game starts but then reverts back to my desktop. I have reviewed the files on the CD and it lists several which are shown as Truevision. I have tried their web site but don't have enough knowledge of their products to know what to ask. I am at a loss as to how to fix this problem. Can you help? It's apparently a corrupted file but I don't seem to be able to find a patch or any information that will help. Thanks for your attention.

It seems that this game is not running compatible with your video card even though the rest are find a card tha runs similar to all games and your problem should be solved
