Is there a way to access Safe Mode at the boot menu everytime?

Do you find yourself frequently needing to boot into Safe Mode? If so, then you should add that option right to the Boot Menu, so you don't need to hit F8 to get to the hidden menu We have a few simple steps for you to perform, and in moments you will be set

Follow the simple steps below:

1 Right-click My Computer, and choose Properties

2 On the Advanced tab, click the Settings button

3 The Startup and Recovery window should appear, Click the Edit button

4 The boot.ini file in Notepad will open (Look under the [Operating Systems] for your default OS), Copy the entire line, and Paste it on the line below

5 Change the description in the quotations to say "Safe Mode" or whatever description you want

6 Then add: '/safeboot:minimal /sos /bootlog' to the end of the line you just copied

You may want to make a copy of the c:\boot.ini file (which is hidden and read only) before you begin this process Now you can access the Safe Mode Feature with the ease of a pro
