What is a faulty explorer?

I have XP Pro nad OE6. Whenever I click on a link in the OE, I generally get an Error message which I have to push aside since if I clikck I don"t wish to send I will discontinue the link. I Have uncked Error reporting in msconf but it does not help.

Microsoft has not eliminated all the bugs out of version 6 so you need to remove it and install 5
