What is a faulty software?

I have an error message that I seem to find an answer to.It's code is "Zsgnldtrdq".I have no idea what or where it came from.I get it whether I'm on the internet or not.Even the when only the desktop is running.

It seems that one of the software you have on your computer is not running functionally try to find the one that goes to the code delete reinstall and your problem should be solved
