WHEN I TURN ON MY COMPUTER THE SCREEN IS BLUE NOTHING HAPPENS UNTIL I CTRL ALT DELETE GO INTO WINDOWS TASK THEN CLICK ON PROCESSES AND CLICK ON SYSU.EXE AND END THAT TASK THEN MY WINDOWS XP WILL LOAD. WHY IS THIS HAPPINIG AND WHAT CAN I DO TO FIX IT...THANKS ROGER

It sseems that one of your boot sector is damaged if not that but something in your computer is faulty if you do a fresh install you should not have any problems anymore
