Didi you try this

I click on start and select the option "turn off computer", then click turn off, instead of switching off the machine totally, it occasionally just resets and starts loading windows again, please can you give me a solution to this problem.

Unplugged all cables, and plugged them back

turn your computer on

pressed the restart button

press the refresh button
