How to get rid of pop ups.

I am having a problem with pop up ads appearing after I leave Internet explorer. My McAfee firewall says that programs like iic4F.exe want access to the internet. Is this connected? This all started with some awful spyware like Ezula getting on my machine. Any advice would be appreciated. How will I find your response? Thanks for your help

You should really download the new pop up blocker from Yahoo! I am using it now and it have not received a pop up yet Give that a try.
