Hi there

Q1 My computer crashed, the screen went blank,i tried to restart the computer, but nothing shows up on the monitor, theled lights fot the computer and the monitor shows that they are working but the screen is blank, i opened up the computer and checked the hard drive on another computer and is working fine, i also checked the fan of the processor and the power unit is also working, which left me assuming that the motherboard is not working, can you please advice me what all possibilities are there?

The Video Card is faulting, or could be the memory that you may had install in your computer, if you did then remove it and shutdown and turn on.

If you computer is blinking and the monitor seem to be on then is the video problem It should make some beep noise.

Try rebooting your computer and see if you can get at least to the CMOS setup.

Make sure that you are using a good outlet from your wall And if none of this work them you need either to buy Video card or a motherboard or a new computer to recover your data.
