How do I get rid of a splashscreen?

How do i remove a splashscreen. I installed creative soundblaster soundcard,and now a slashscreen appears everytime i boot my computer. most annoying

TweakUI has a little settings window that allows you to fix a few annoyances without messing around in the registry.

This is supposed to have an option to not display splash screens.
