How to have your printer print in color.

My HP 712C won't print in color no matter what I do. I've tried changing cartridges, etc. but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

It may not be the catridge that is giving you problems There are also settings from the printer software you may have to adjust Go into the printer program and make sure there are no check boxes checked for black ink only
