Spybot found 124 probable spyware programs on my HDD which seem to slow my new computer down. (Defragging and deleting cookies, temp files and history didn't help.) I deleted the spyware using Spybot - then AOL and other programs didn't work.
How do I tell which spy and ad-ware programs are safe to delete? How do I quickly tell what useful program each is connected to?
Ron

Run through all of the files and just search for the names, of the files that you plan to delete and just find the file location it will be seperated by slashes EX C:\Program Files\AIM
