How to properly remove a program and reinstall it into your machine?

I had purchased and installed a new CD burning drive. This came with the Nero Express program. I had installed the program and it had worked fine. After carrying out a system restore, the program disappeared. I undid the system restore but it was still gone. Whenever I try to reinstall the program I recieve the message, "Error applying transforms. Verify that the specifie transform paths are valid." One other problem that may be connected or unrelated is that right clicking when more than one file is selected causes an error and the window closes. Thank you for any help you can offer.

Siince you Don't really need to use save any information from this program i suggest to you that you just go to the control panel, then go to add and remove programs Find nero and totally uninstall it and all of it's components Then all you have to do is reinstall the program and you will be able to get back to use it again--Robert Outlaw
