Everytime I load real player it asks me if I want to upgrade?

I bought a Rio Riot MP3 player and in the booklet it says not to upgrade my Real player to Real One but everytime I load real player it asks me if I want to upgrade. It is annoying. How can I stop it from asking?

After you install this you can upgrade your realplayer to realone.
