Need Anti Virus Software?

HELLO: CAN YOU HELP! WINDOWS XP

I was reading my email from an ebay member from yahoo, and all of a sudden...a screen came up that says...HOLD DOWN THE ENTER KEY FOR IO SECONDS TO SEE A COOL TRICK!

I DID NOT DO IT, I ALSO TRIED TO CLOSE IT OUT, BUT IT WOULD'NT GO AWAY..

I TURNED OF MY COMPUTER AND RESTARTED IT...Went back to my email and deleted the MAIL...but the screen still came back. So i turned of my computer. Now iam useing my back-up computer until i can get help...

I also did not have virus protection on that computer.

CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT THAT MESSAGE MEAN, OR WHAT SHOULD I DO?????
