I asked a question this AM regarding a popup when my daughter logs on to the internet on her settings (using Windows XP) The answer was to install Norton Antivirus. We have Norton Antivirus installed on our computer. Any other ideas? Is it possible that her settings do not have the antivirus and the rest of the family's settings do?
Thanks
Marjean

If nortons is on the administrator(main) account then the entire computer is protected I suggest that u open the temp file that is on her account by going to search in the start menu, then search for files and folders, next type temp Open this folder and remove all the temporary internet files, if it doesn't allow you to do so log off from the internet or restart the computer and do not make a connection, then you'll be able to delete these files--Robert Outlaw
