How do i get rid of streaks and blurs ?

I have streaks, lines, and shadows on my monitor screen.It changes with activites and movement on the srceen-can i fix it. Or is it terminal. p.s-srceen does not have a perminent burn. [email protected]

Check the video cable in the back to make sure that it is completelyplugged into the video card, if it already is, that might mean that ur monitor is damaged which means just get a new monitor.
